My passion for fitness has always been strong.  Growing up, I was a dancer and a gymnast. I can remember restricting food as young as 12 years old. In the years to follow, I became obsessed with weight, body image, and fad diets. I competed in several bodybuilding competitions, which further warped my idea of food and sustainable living.

I thought being thin and “shredded” would make me confident. I was so wrong. At my lowest body fat, I was also at my lowest self-confidence. I used food as a reward and a punishment. I was constantly stressed, overworked, and incredibly exhausted. My hormones were suffering, and I was constantly fighting my body.

Then, something clicked.

I knew I had to find a sustainable approach. No more restriction.

I wanted to learn how to fuel my body and eat sustainably.

When I learned how the body and nutrition works, my mentality changed. Slowly, I mended the relationship with my body. I freed myself from the obsession with food and found a sustainable balance.

Today, I take a sustainable approach with my clients to health, nutrition and well-being. I educate them throughout the entire process and help them establish life-long habit changes.

I’m here to help you do the same!
